Our quaint, cozy Cottage sits on the Valcour Inn & Boathouse property, set back from the lake. This two-bedroom retreat offers a unique, private experience in a charming setting.

You will enjoy generous outdoor spaces with two porches, a full kitchen (equipped with basic cooking needs, breakfast not included,) a welcoming living room stocked with family-friendly board games, a stylish dining room with space for six, and a full laundry room. The second floor offers the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, smart TV and a large closet. The secondary bedroom features two, twin beds, a Smart TV and gorgeous, partial Lake Champlain views. The living room features a queen-sized pullout couch that can sleep two. The upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

This private vacation rental is perfect for having a home base near the Adirondack Mountains, vacationing near the waterfront, or visiting family and friends in the Plattsburgh area. We can also be a pitstop on your way to Quebec, Canada and Burlington, Vermont. There is easy access to both!
