Valcour is the perfect place for celebrations, reunions, conferences, retreats, meetings and events of all kinds.

The Inn and Boathouse are separate venues, each with its own spacious, private grounds. Either venue can provide the ambiance, flexibility and customization to make your event successful and memorable. And remember, you can add guest rooms to your reservation if overnight accommodations are needed.

The Inn

Event rooms are on the ground floor with access to the East and South Lawns. Three large connecting rooms and a parlor with a fireplace can accommodate groups of up to 110 guests. Step out onto the deep lakeside patio for a breath of fresh air or a short break to recharge. Rooms can be set for a luncheon, cocktail reception or an all-day meeting. Valcour Catering through our partners at Chartwells can prepare and serve delicious meals and snacks, from breakfast pastries or a buffet lunch, to a sit-down dinner with bar service. Audio-visual equipment and high-speed wi-fi are available. Inn meeting rooms are handicapped-accessible and climate-controlled. Open year round.

The Boathouse

A popular location for weddings and receptions, the Boathouse can also be a great choice for a fundraising event, anniversary celebration, rehearsal dinner or team building day. The rustic architecture, high ceilings and lake views in all directions will wow your guests. The Boathouse can seat up to 210 people at tables and has its own peninsula overlooking Valcour Island and the Green Mountains. Valcour Catering through our partners at Chartwells will work with you on food and beverage service to suit your preferences and the event. The Boathouse is handicapped accessible. Open May through October, the Boathouse is not climate-controlled.
